Photographic Publications ... Mike's award winning photography has been published internationally by Phaidon, Stock, Double day and Trans world for the titles ' Han Su Yin's China' 1986, 'Korea - Land of the Morning Calm 1988' and 'Japan - Landscape, Tradition, Seasons', 1991. His first cook book, 'The Mount Cook Book' 1994, broke new ground by taking the food out of the kitchen and into the environment, winning several international photographic awards. A sequel to this is the 'Hermitage Cuisine'. Mike has also photographed for an education series titled 'Learn About Asia, including:- China, Korea, Japan, Malaysia and Vietnam. Mike has also published his own children's photographic books titled:- 'A Lambs Tale' and 'Lambs in Paradise'. |
