Korea - Land of the Morning Calm

Land of the Morning Calm published in 1988 is still the only photographic book in the world on both North Korea and South Korea. It too has become a collector’s item. The original intention was for this book to be sold in South Korea prior to the Seoul Olympics but it was banned because it contained images of the north. However, this book went on to become very successful despite itself. Now out of print this book has also become a collectors item.
